Support our work

Since we began as St Edmund’s Choir in 1997, more than 200 local people have actively been involved in our voluntary-led work.  Unlike many amateur music organisations, some of which charge upwards of £10 per session, we ask nothing from our singers to take part in what we do.

This is because we fundamentally believe that access to music – to make and sing music – should be free to all.

Because of our ethos, we have had to self-fund all of our work.  Predominantly, our work is funded through ticket sales from events but to make ends meet we also need donations and sponsorship to help ensure that we can keep doing what we do best, making music free, fun and for everyone.

You can donate directly via PayPal using all major debit and credit cards.

Each donation supports our mission of creating music that is free, fun and for everyone.

Become a friend

Be part of the SEMusic family by becoming a friend.

Our friends are the first to find out about upcoming events and performances, get early access to seats, be named in our programmes and on our website and have the opportunity to get involved in our planning.

We love supporting local businesses and developing relationships with our community.
