More than Musicals

ECHO award-nominated St. Edmund’s Choir returns to CHET to reprise their Musicals-themed concert in aid of St. Joseph’s Hospice.

By popular demand, ECHO award-nominated St. Edmund’s Choir returns to CHET to reprise their Musicals-themed concert in aid of St. Joseph’s Hospice.

From South Pacific to The Greatest Showman, the Choir are excited to be supporting such an important local hospice during the launch of Hospice Care Week 2019. The relationship between St. Joseph’s Hospice and St. Edmund’s Choir stretches back to 1998 when during the Choir’s first Christmas Concert, they raised £250 for the hospice.

The concert will feature all your musical favourites, including Oscar and Hammerstein classics as well as some more contemporary pieces including What is this feeling from Wicked.

St. Edmund’s Choir is a free, inclusive choir based in Waterloo. The only expectation of the members is that they love to sing. The Choir is directed by Charlie Corkin, assisted by Katherine Daly and accompanied by Ann Dickinson MBE.
